I come before You today
And there's just one thing that I want to say
Thank You Lord, Thank You Lord
For all You've given to me,
For all the blessings that I cannot see
Thank You Lord,Thank You Lord
CHORUS
With a grateful heart, With a song of praise
With an outstreched arm, I will bless your name
Thank You Lord, I just want to thank You Lord
Thank You Lord, I just want to thank You Lord
Thank You Lord
For all You've done in my life,
You took my darkness and gave me Your light
Thank You Lord,Thank You Lord
You took my sin and my shame,
You took my sickness and healed all my pain
Thank You Lord, Thank You Lord
Let Heaven Rejoice
Let the earth be glad
Let the people of God
Sing his praise
All over the land
The ones the Land
Come and lift your voice
All those on the mountain tops be glad
Shout for joy
Rise up and praise him
He deserves our love
Rise up and praise him
Worship the Holy one
With all your heart
With all your strength
With all your mind
Rise up and praise him………….
My Jesus, my savior
Lord there is none like you
All of my days,I want to praise
The wonders of your mighty love
My comfort, my shelter
Tower of refuge and strength
Let every breath, all that I am
Never cease to worship you
CHORUS
Shout to the Lord all the earth let us sing
Power and majesty praise to the King
Mountains bow down and the seas will roar
At the sound of Your Name
I sing for joy at the work of Your hands
Forever I love You, Forever I'll stand
Nothing compares to the promise I have in You
I have come to Thee to take thy touch before
I begin my day
Let thy eyes rest upon my eyes for a while.
Let me take to my work,
The assurance of Your comradeship my friend.
Fill my mind with Thy music to last through the desert of noise.
Let Thy love’s sunshine kiss the peaks of my thoughts.
And linger in my life’s valley where the harvest ripens.
Send Forth your spirit O Lord,
That the face of the earth be renewed
O My soul arise and bless the Lord God
Say to Him my God how great you are
You are clothed with majesty and splendor
And light is the garment you wear.
You have built your palace on the waters
Like the wind the angles fly before you
You have set the earth on its foundation
So firm to be shaken no more
All your creatures fly to you for comfort
With your open hand they have their fill
You send forth your spirit and receive them
The face of the earth you renew.
While I live, I sing the praise of Yaweh
I will thank the author of those marvels
Praise to God the Father, son and Holy spirit
Both now and forever. Amen
There comes a time when we heed a certain call
When the world must come together as one
There are people dying
And it’s time to lend a hand to life
The greatest gift of all.
We can’t go on pretending day by day
That someone, somewhere will soon make a change
We are all apart of God’s great big family
And the truth, you know
Here is all we need.
Chorus :
We are the world, we are the children
We are the ones who make a brighter day
So let’s start giving
There’s a choice we’re making
We’re saving our own lives
It’s true we’ll make a better day
Just you and me
Send them your heart
So they’ll known that someone cares,
And there lives will be stronger and free
As God has shown us by turning stone to bread
So, we all must lend a helping hand.
(repeat Chorus)
As a legacy
I got a bunch of keys.
Small, big, fat, short.
All different from each other.
But whenever I went
I only saw huge big cupboards
And outside
Hung huge locks.
I pull out the keys from my pocket.
I try this key and that
I turn and twist them
But the cupboards do not open.
Tired I come back to my room.
Mother looks at me and smiles.
She says even your father was defeated.
I have heard they opened during his father’s time.
You know what the reality is?
The keys open
doors of sincerity, truthfulness.
Righteousness, Dedication.
So today with the keys
These doors do not open.
I request you, do not throw the keys away
When you leave
Hand over these to the next generation
May be
The cupboards will open in their hands
As there keys are of sincerity, Truthfulness,
Rationality, Dedication
The closed doors of my life
May open- will surely open.
